Sofia’s is a family-owned pizzeria named after our daughter, Sofia, and built around one simple idea: Pizza People. Good Vibes. Great Food.

We bring New York-style pizza together with a little San Antonio soul, making our pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, and salads with 72 hour fermented dough, house-made sauces, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of personality.

But every pie has a little more baked into it. Through our Pies for Kids program, a portion of every pizza sold helps support local children and the communities that support us. From our Potranco, Bitters, and Evans locations in San Antonio to New Braunfels, every Sofia’s neighborhood gets to be part of something bigger.
